ABUNDANCE AND PROSPERITY

Giving is a way to express
our greatest blessings, as well as our values. It demonstrates
the principle of flow in our lives because we know that as
we give, we also receive.
When you commit to the practice of tithing,
you are building up your belief that you have everything you
need. The universe responds to that belief and you soon discover
that you have more than you need. As you tithe regularly,
your giving creates an opening within you to receive what
the universe is seeking to express through you. Through the
practice of tithing to your spiritual community, you learn
to put God first in your life. In this way, your giving not
only prospers you, but also strengthens the place of your
giving. In short, tithing is a spiritual practice in which
you are training yourself to know that all of your needs are
always met by the Universe and that you will always have more
than enough of what you require.
» "We give
thanks for our abundance and our joy is in circulating and
sharing it. I like to say that we give to live until we live
to give.”
- Rev. Michael Beckwith, D.D.
» "Prosperity
is the out-picturing of substance in our affairs. Everything
in the Universe is for us. Nothing is against us. Life is
ever giving of Itself. We must receive, utilize and extend
the gift. Success and prosperity are spiritual attributes
belonging to all people, but not necessarily used by all people.”
- Ernest Holmes
» "Regardless
of the state of our finances at any given moment, let us not
be concerned or worried because we now know that the law acting
in, through, and as our consciousness is at work within us,
when we are asleep as well as when we are awake, to provide
all those added things.”
- Joel Goldsmith
» "The abundant
life for each individual is the Will of God. God is the source
of all prosperity and is forever providing us with whatever
we need in abundant measure.”
- John Randolph Price
» "But if you
will not know yourselves, then you dwell in poverty, and it
is you who are that poverty.”
- Jesus
» "Few things
are necessary to make the wise man happy, while no amount
of material wealth would satisfy a fool.”
- Og Mandino
»
"Remember that there is nothing stable in human
affairs; therefore avoid undue elation in prosperity, or undue
depression in adversity.”
- Socrates
»
"Many times a day I realize how much my own life is
built on the labors of my fellow men, and how earnestly I
must exert myself in order to give in return as much as I
have received.”
- Albert Einstein
