The Unity North Growth Team is continuing to work towards its goal of “Enhancing Our First Impressions”. With this in mind the team is looking for many good helpers who love Unity North, have a desire to serve fellow and future congregants and are willing to assist us to put our best face forward. We need “Ambassadors” to work a regular Sunday shift to aid in the following areas:

Parking Lot Choreographers – Those that have an ability to sense a person needing directional help and can lovingly point the way.

Portico/Foyer Welcomers – Those that have the ability to make guests feel welcome. To guide, inform and ease them into a comfortable space at UNA.

Process Development Angel – Someone or two who have the ability to aid this evolving team by developing a standardized, flexible procedure for training this new part of the Growth Team.

Curriculum Angel – Again someone or two, with experience writing a curriculum for the Ambassadors.

Data Collector & Analysis Angel – We are seeking a person to track and evaluate our progress. This person will be able to design the data to be collected and best method for its collection.

New Beginnings Facilitators – Our very successful “New Beginning” which is currently only available after second service needs to be expanded. You could be one of the persons that make that a reality.

Of course all of the above will require Unity Northers with people skills, the ability to commit to a shift a month (or more if you choose) and willing be exposed to a brief training session.
